Completed Projects

Drawing on years of expertise, Alan and the team at Minett and Streamliner Properties have been involved in transformative real estate development across Ontario, creating communities where people live, work and enjoy everything dynamic cities have to offer, prioritizing neighbourhoods with retail, restaurants, green space and access to transportation.

9 & 25 Dawes Road, Toronto

This project was a 1.26 acre site situated on Dawes Road, on the eastern edge of Danforth Village, with tremendous public transit access points within a short walking distance of both, in an area of significant growth potential for the City of Toronto.

The properties were acquired in late 2018, and were in the rezoning process when they were successfully sold just prior to the Provincial State of Emergency declaration in early 2020, achieving the 2021 proforma selling price.
